Nicholas Donner
President & Senior Estimator
Nick has owned and operated DSW since 2005. From welding to estimating, you can find him assisting every member of the team.
Aaron Montgomery
Vice President
Aaron is the operations manager at DSW, where he manages the flow and staffing of the shop. Aaron joined the DSW team in December 2005.
Jason Alvarez
General Manager
Jason manages the project management and operation of DSW. Jason joined the DSW team in February 2011.
Amanda Donner
Office Manager
Amanda's role includes payroll, business tax, HR, benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, and office administration.
Landis Odoms
Project Manager
Landis handles projects. Landis joined the DSW team in February 2016.
Michael Medbery
Purchaser
Mike orders all of the materials and receiving for DSW to ensure our shop team completes the project in a timely manner. Mike joined the DSW team in November 2016.
Kevin Perdomo
Estimator
Kevin's role includes the takeoff and organization of the structural and misc. steel estimation for potential projects. Kevin joined the DSW team in July 2019.
